Shine’s Fiber Lash Mascara has three steps:

Step One

Apply a thin even coat of mascara from root to tip with a smooth outward glide.

Step two

(Black tube)

Before the mascara dries evenly apply the fibers to the tips of your lashes. Allow a few minutes for the mascara to dry before moving on to step three

Step three

(Silver Tube)

Reapply the mascara evenly from root to tip over your lashes and the fibers in a smooth outward glide for a final setting finish.
